What is your shipping policy?
We currently offer shipping within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.
How do I check my order status or order tracking?
Order status and tracking updates will be sent via email notifications. If you have any order status questions, contact us at support@terriblytinytalesshop.com with your order number.
What if my order was delivered to the wrong address?
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout as well as checking the address on your order confirmation email for accuracy.
For any questions regarding your order after it has already shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number ready.
What if my order is lost or delayed?
Once your order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
We are not liable for shipping delays, missed deliveries, or lost packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
