What is your shipping policy?
We currently offer shipping within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.
How do I check my order status or order tracking?
Order status and tracking updates will be sent via email notifications. If you have any order status questions, contact us at support@terriblytinytalesshop.com with your order number.
What do I do if something is wrong with my order?
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at support@terriblytinytalesshop.com within 14 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Order issues reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible to be reviewed.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you decide you’d like to return the product after receiving it, you may. See our Return Policy for more details.
What is your return policy?
Return orders must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Your return request may be approved on the basis of the quality checks conducted by our team.
To initiate an eligible return request, please contact us at support@terriblytinytalesshop.com for return instructions. Please include your order ID, item(s) you'd like to return, reason for return, and images showing the product condition. If eligible for return, we will share return instructions and next steps.
Once your return has been received and confirmed to be in the correct condition, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept standard credit cards such as Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.
What if my order was delivered to the wrong address?
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout as well as checking the address on your order confirmation email for accuracy. For any questions regarding your order after it has already shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number ready.
What if my order is lost or delayed?
Once your order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not liable for shipping delays, missed deliveries, or lost packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
